On Monday, Los Angeles Superior Court judge James Chalfant issued a temporary restraining order barring Ojani Noa, the ex-husband of actress Jennifer Lopez, from distributing a movie he is peddling in Hollywood that apparently contains racy footage of the couple taken during their 1997 honeymoon.

Lopez filed the $10 million lawsuit Friday against Noa, whom she was married to for only 11 months. Ojani has said that he will fight the decision and no matter what the outcome, you just know a J-Lo sex tape scandal is just around the corner.
