I can tell you it is legally owned by Vivid Entertainment, I can also tell you that they require the legal permission of Carrie Prejean to release it commercially and that they have offered her $ millions. Prejean’s attorney has so far made it very clear that she has no interest in the videos being released. So for now we are just going to have to make do with a nip slip.
